Even though the atmosphere was very relaxed; the hookah was barely up to par, and the customer service was absolutely deplorable. My girlfriend and I went here to smoke and wait for a friend so they suggested we pay afterwards; we agreed. We sat and smoked slowly for 45 minutes then my friend showed and smoked for 15. We were then asked to either leave or buy another hookah and an unposted "Session Time" of an hour was imposed; absolutely ridiculous. Very rude customer service so be aware.
